Frequently Asked Questions

 

What do I need to bring along with me to hunt at All About You?

  • You will need to procure a Captive Feral License from the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture website and bring either a printed-out version or screen shot of that document with you at the time of your hunt. You can follow the step-by-step guide in the above tab that we have provided.

  • A Cooler so you can take your hunt home. An average size cooler is usually large enough for 2 pig. (Ice is provided for a small fee).

  • Flashlight or Headlamp would help but is not a necessity. 

 

What is included in the cost of the hunting package?

  • Your overnight lodging, two days of hunting with breakfast and dinner each day.

 

Can I add a Non-Hunting Guest?

  • Of course you can at the cost of $100 per night.

 

Can I buy an extra pig?

  • The price of extra hogs comes down to weight. Over 100 lbs = $250, Under 100 lbs = $1 per pound.

 

Do you offer Taxidermy?

  • Currently we do not, But we do have the ability to cape your animal out for you and recommend a taxidermist.

 

How can I pay for my invoice at checkout time?

  • Cash is king, Checks are accepted, and Credit Cards have 4% fee added to them.

 

How much is an Oklahoma Non-Resident Hunting License for pigs?

  • $25 for the Captive Animal License. Good for 1 year from date of purchase.

 

How much should I expect to tip?

  • This is a tricky question. What is a good tip in your opinion? 15% of the total hunt per hunter is appreciated. If you had a great time, and kill nice pigs, 20% per hunter would be better.

 

Is a deposit required to reserve a date?

  • 50% of the total hunt cost is what we require to lock in your dates as a deposit.

 

Will my hunts be guided, or will we be on our own?

  • Hunts are guided if you choose. Guides are a wealth of knowledge of the terrain and game activity within the pens and property. If you choose to sit, guides will drop you off, pick you up, and track wounded animals if necessary.

 

What time do I check in and check out?

  • All About U Ranch is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week, just let us know when you would like to arrive and depart when you book your hunt, if we can accommodate, we will.

 

When is the best time of year to hunt?

  • Anytime really. It comes down to preference. Our busiest times are usually from the end of January through May. 

 

Is alcohol allowed on the ranch?

  • Alcohol in moderation is fine, excessive consumption that results will result in your hunt being cancelled and forfeiture of all pay and deposits. This has NEVER had to be done. There will be NO alcohol consumption of ANY KIND while in the pen.
